ThreeFold Stool

Threefold stool is a small metalic stool . For this project, the aim is to put forward an idea of ​​progress , increased by the repetition of a single element.  This seat consists of a steel sheet 2mm thick , laser cuted and repeated three times and then be assembled. The economy of production is directly related to the shape of the object and design.
- One program laser cut for a single piece.
- One program for sheet metal bending ,
- The same bend angle for the bending ,
- The same radius of curvature for wrinkles (one knife)
The parts are then assembled , not by welding, but riveting through laser cuted holes.
